Darko Cohadarevic enters his first season on the Seward Men’s Basketball coaching staff ahead of the 2025-26 season. Cohadarevic works with the Saint big men.

Cohadarevic, a former Seward men’s basketball All-American forward, has experience at all levels of basketball.

A native of Belgrade, Serbia, Cohadarevic, played two seasons for the Saints (2006-07 & 2007-08). He was an Honorable Mention NJCAA All-American in 2008 while also being named the Region VI Tournament MVP and first team All-KJCCC pick. He helped Seward to its then-fourth Region 6 title in 2008, averaging 15.4 points per game and 8.0 rebounds per game.

Cohadarevic went on to play for Texas Tech for two seasons (2008-09 & 2009-10). He appeared in 60 games for the Red Raiders, averaging 5.5 points and 3.8 rebounds per game over his two-year career in Lubbock.

Darko played professional basketball on five continents and in over 15 countries from 2010-18 following his career at Texas Tech.

Cohadarevic resides in Liberal with wife Jelena (Seward volleyball head coach) and their two children.
