Women’s Tennis Competes at Emporia State
LIBERAL, Kan. – The Seward County women's tennis team competed at Emporia State's Kossover Family Tennis Complex on Saturday afternoon, falling 6-1 to the Hornets.
Mishel Lobotenko earned the Lady Saints lone victory in No. 1 singles play taking down ESU's Yuliya Klimova 7-6/6-4. Seward lost the final five remaining singles matches. Elena Oborocea fell in a super tiebreaker.
Seward was swept in doubles play.
The Lady Saints return to the court on Wednesday as they travel to Midwestern State.
